host/actress Megan Young bested 24 other contestants for the title Miss World Philippines 2013 during the coronation night on Sunday, August 18, held at Solaire Resorts and Casino.

Aside from the highly-coveted title, the Misibis Bay star was also named Ms. Bench Body, Ms. Bold and Glamorous by Revlon, Ms. Sports by FILA, Best in Fashion Runway, Ms. Olay, Ms. Reducin, Ms. Figlia and Ms. Laguna.
Megan Young will represent the Philippines in the upcoming 2013 Miss World pageant in Indonesia this September.
